I used to study here. There's mediocre academics and stuff, some of the teachers aren't too intelligent, campus is pretty beautiful, but the culture inside is toxic, drug-filled, and idiotic. Students are elitists, not elite. They're overly patriotic, and take "school spirit" to an extreme, to the point that they're hostile towards even the slightest of criticism to the institution. And, sadly, that sort of mentality is encouraged. Don't misinterpret this, there IS stuff to like about the place, like the campus and the co-curriculars. But the toxic, undisciplined, elitist, and often even racist mentality of the students, the fact that drugs exist inside, and the lack of any sort of creature comforts for students-- like lockers, air conditioning in classes, and tables and chairs that aren't 100 years old and just repainted each semester, make it less-than-perfect. The school extorts students with ridiculously high fees, and put none of it into the students. The teachers and staff are paid by the government, the buildings are built on donations from over-patriotic "old-boys", and no money is put into important things like tables for people. An estimated few billion rupees is made in profits AFTER deducting estimated costs, and nobody knows where it goes. Just a bit of negativity to counteract the patriotically-fueled plethora of positive reviews, and give another point of view.
